Request a quoteBathroom renovation
From demolition to the last silicone joint, all from one source: plumbing, tiling through our partner firm, electrics and fitting. We plan walk-in showers and step-free bathrooms so they still work for you in twenty years. An average bathroom is finished in two to three weeks.
Boiler replacement and heat pumps
Out of oil and gas, into a heat pump, pellets or district heating. We calculate your home's heat load, check the radiators and tell you honestly whether a heat pump will work in an older house. The swap itself usually takes three to five working days.
Burst pipes and emergency service
Water in the basement, heating gone in the middle of January, toilet overflowing: our emergency line is staffed around the clock, Sundays and holidays included. In the city of Salzburg we are usually with you within an hour. We document the damage for your insurer while we are there.
Servicing gas, oil and pellet boilers
A serviced boiler uses less fuel and breaks down less often. We clean the burner and heat exchanger, check the safety devices and expansion vessel and record everything in the service log. We suggest your next date by text message in good time.
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery
Fresh air without tilting the windows: we plan and install ventilation systems with heat recovery for new builds and renovations, also as single-room units. Filter changes and cleaning are part of our service visits.
Drinking water and hygiene
Old galvanised pipes, brown water, limescale in the boiler: we renew risers, fit filters and water softeners and flush pipes after a property has stood empty. For property managers we arrange sampling by an accredited laboratory.

What it roughly costs
Guide prices for the most common jobs. You get the exact price in writing before we start.
All prices include 20 % VAT. For bathroom renovations and boiler replacements you receive a written fixed-price quote after our visit. Switching from oil or gas to a heat pump, pellets or district heating is subsidised by the federal government and the state of Salzburg. The schemes change often: we tell you at the appointment what currently applies and help you with the application.

Call or send a photo
A photo of the boiler's rating plate or your old bathroom helps a lot. That way we know which parts to bring before the first visit.
Visit and advice
Stefan Wimmer or one of our fitters comes to you, takes measurements and discusses options. For heating we look at the radiators, chimney and electrical supply.
Fixed-price quote with subsidy info
Within ten working days you have a written quote, plus an overview of which subsidies may apply and which documents you need.
Work to a fixed schedule
You know in advance which days we are coming and when water or heating will be off for a while. In winter we bring a temporary heater during a boiler replacement.
Handover and servicing
We explain the new system, hand over the documents and invoice for your subsidy claim and remind you of the first service by text message.

Owner, master plumbing and heating engineer
Trained plumber from the Flachgau region, master's exam in 2011, his own business two years later. Plans bathrooms and heating systems himself and likes to take the weekend emergency shift to stay close to what customers need.

+43 662 12 34 56- How much does a new bathroom cost?
- A small bathroom of about 6 m² usually starts at around 15,000 € with us, depending on tiles, fittings and whether pipes need moving. After the visit you get a fixed price that only goes up if you change something.
- How long will I be without a bathroom?
- For a full renovation, allow two to three weeks. Whenever possible the toilet stays in use until shortly before the end. If there is a second toilet in the house, we plan so it can be used throughout.
- Does a heat pump work in an older house?
- Often yes, but not always without adjustments. What matters is the heat load and the flow temperature needed. We calculate this in advance and tell you whether some radiators should be replaced or whether another solution fits better.
- What subsidy can I get for replacing my heating?
- The federal government and the state of Salzburg subsidise switching from fossil heating to renewable systems. Amounts and conditions change regularly, so we do not quote figures before we know your project. At the appointment we check what currently applies and help with the application. Important: some schemes require you to register before placing the order.
- How much is an emergency call-out at night?
- At night, at weekends and on public holidays we charge a flat rate of 149 € incl. VAT. It covers travel within the city of Salzburg and the first half hour. After that the hourly rate with an emergency surcharge applies, which we tell you on the phone before we set off.
- How often should the heating be serviced?
- We recommend one service a year, ideally in late summer before the heating season starts. Many manufacturers also require it for their guarantee. Customers on our service list automatically receive a text message with a suggested date.
