Websites for electricians, plumbers and car workshops

When the power is off, the heating packs up or the car won’t start, nobody searches for long. Whoever is found first and shows straight away that they can be reached gets the job. Your website is designed for exactly that moment.

Emergency service and availability first

With a burst pipe, a failed boiler or a short circuit, every minute counts. That is why your emergency number sits right at the top and can be called directly from a phone. Next to it, visitors see whether your office is staffed right now and when it reopens.

Wimmer Haustechnik from Salzburg shows this with a round-the-clock emergency service. If you don’t offer one, the site says so just as clearly. That spares both sides night-time calls that go nowhere.

The services people search for

Your customers don’t search for “electrical engineering”, they search for “install wallbox”, “solar panels Linz” or “heat pump service”. So every important service gets its own section with the words people actually type in.

Elektro Pichler from Linz shows this with electrical installation, solar PV with battery storage, wallboxes and smart home. The Babic car workshop in Nuremberg offers HU and AU inspections on site, tyre service and air-con service, and the team also speaks Croatian.

Reviews, and enquiries with a photo

Anyone who lets someone into their home or hands over their car wants to be able to trust them. That is why your Google and ProvenExpert reviews are clearly visible on the home page, linked to the source.

Via WhatsApp or the enquiry form, customers can send a photo of the rating plate, the fuse box or the warning light along with their message. You then know which spare part you need before you even call back.

Quick answers

Questions on this topic

Can I list different numbers for the office and the emergency service?

Yes. Office and emergency service get separate numbers and their own hours. The emergency number appears at the top of the page and in the contact section, with a short note on what it is for.

Can I state emergency call-out rates or travel charges?

Yes, and we recommend it. Clear information on travel costs, out-of-hours surcharges or hourly rates builds trust and saves arguments on the doorstep. We present them as guide figures with a note pointing to the binding quote.

Does this also suit a busy car workshop?

Yes. Opening hours, services such as the §57a inspection (“Pickerl”) in Austria or HU/AU in Germany, and an online enquiry with a preferred date make the phone noticeably quieter. The website does not replace full workshop scheduling software, though.

I’m an Installateur in Austria, in Germany it is called SHK. Which term do you use?

Whichever your customers search for. In Austria we use Installateur or Gas-Wasser-Heizung, in Germany SHK, Sanitär und Heizung or Klempner. In English we speak of plumbing and heating. Your website uses the terms of your region.
